We’re offering free group fitness and yoga sessions in residence this term. If you live in UBC Student Housing, these sessions are for you!

What you need to know
- No registration required. Just come on by!*
- Sessions are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Sessions are led by an instructor.
- For yoga: please bring your own mat.
- No classes on stat holidays; schedule subject to change without notice.
*Group Fitness sessions are limited to eight people, so arrive early to secure a spot.

Do I need to register?
Nope! All classes are drop-in.
Please note that classes have a limited number of people per session, depending on the size of the room they’re being held in. Arrive early to secure a spot.
Will I be the only newbie?
Don’t know how to downward dog? Don’t worry, our awesome instructors will be there to help you, so don’t feel lost!
What should I wear/bring?
- Dress in comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
- Bring a water bottle—fill up right from the tap.
- For yoga: bring your own mat and, if you have them, yoga blocks.
