Are you applying to be a Residence Advisor for 2020/21 at UBC? These sessions are for you. No registration required. Just come on out on the date that works best for you.
Remember, they’re a mandatory part of the application process for any applicant who has not previously worked in Residence Life at UBC. For your application to be considered, you will need to attend one of these sessions.
What will I learn?
These sessions will provide you with more information about the Residence Advisor position. They’ll outline what you can expect during the application and interview process. Plus, they are a valuable opportunity for you to connect with current Residence Advisors and Residence Life Managers.
When are the other sessions?
Check the event calendar for additional dates in November, December, and January.
Do I need to register?
Nope, just come on by!
I worked in Residence Life last year. Can I still come to one of these sessions?
You’re more than welcome to join us. But keep in mind the content is tailored towards new applicants.
What if I can’t make one of the sessions?
If you can’t make any of the sessions or you have any questions about them, please contact Mike Cheung (Manager, Residence Life Projects) at mike.cheung@ubc.ca
