One Bedroom Suite
Summary
One bedroom suites have many different layouts—from open concept to split-level—and are available for Year Round and Winter Session.
- Furnished: Walter Gage, Fairview Crescent, Iona House, Exchange
- Unfurnished: Thunderbird
- High-speed internet access
- Bed linens not included
- One designated roommate (i.e., additional occupant) is permitted.
- Photos/layouts are samples only—suites vary by location
Furnishings
Furnished suites include: Queen or double bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, chair, desk lamp, bookshelf, closet, couches, table, and chairs. Amenities vary by location.

Kitchen
Standard kitchen includes sink, stove, oven and fridge. Some suites have a dishwasher and microwave.
Bathroom
Toilet, sink, shower and storage cabinet.
Telephone (landline)
Use of a residence landline is optional, where available. Additional charges apply.
Internet
Wireless and/or hard-wired high-speed internet access (ethernet cable not included). Wireless-only at Exchange and Walter Gage.
