Living in Acadia Park
Student families live in Acadia Park, which also offers accommodation for eligible couples that include at least one UBC student. This residence is child-friendly and promotes healthy families through community activities, support programs, and nearby amenities, such as schools, shopping and green spaces. Nearby child care is also available, but apply as soon as possible, since waitlists can be lengthy.

Rooms at Acadia Park
Acadia Park suites are various sizes and come with non-standard floor plans—from split-level townhouses to high-rise condos. Part of the Acadia Park charm is that each suite is unique.
One Bedroom
One bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and eating area. Some suites also have a den.
Two Bedroom
Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area and eating area. Some suites have an additional bathroom.
Three Bedroom
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area and eating area.
Four Bedroom
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area and eating area.
Facilities at Acadia Park
Commonsblock
The hub for activities, programs and services designed to support education, family life and recreation. There’s a fitness room, fireside lounge, and activity centre.
Activities
Acadia Park residents get exclusive access to activities with a UTown@UBC Community Services Card. Residence Life staff also organize a variety of events and programs throughout the year.
Sort It Out!
Sustainability is a shared value in residence. Acadia Park has a large sorting area with collection bins for household recyclables, e-waste, charitable donations, and trash.
Laundry Facilities
Machines operate on a card system—no need to worry about coins. Machines are available for suites in townhouses, Sopron House and Point Grey Apartments.
Parking & Bicycle Storage
Parking is available for a fee. Bicycle racks are available.

Health & Safety
Residents have access to a campus medical clinic and safety programs such as SafeWalk. There are regular nightly patrols of residence properties.
