Early Arrival and Extension Fees

Early arrivals are typically not permitted. Check early arrival eligibility and review our cancellation policy before applying. If approved, payment must be made prior to arrival.

• $55 per night for a single or shared room in Place Vanier or Totem Park and a shared room in Orchard Commons.
• $60 per night for a single room in Orchard Commons or St John’s College.
• $60 per night for a single room in a 4 or 6 bedroom unit in Fairview Crescent, Fraser Hall, Ritsumeikan-UBC House, Thunderbird Crescent or Walter Gage.
• $65 per night for a single room in a 4 bedroom unit or nano unit in Brock Commons, Exchange, Iona House, Marine Drive, Ponderosa Commons or tÉ™ Å¡xÊ·hÉ™lelÉ™mÌ“s tÉ™ kÌ“Ê·aƛ̓kʷəʔaʔɬ.
• $70 per night for a single room in a 2 bedroom unit in Exchange, Iona House, Marine Drive, Ponderosa Commons or Thunderbird Crescent.
• $70 per night for a studio unit in Brock Commons, Exchange, Iona House, Marine Drive, Ponderosa Commons, tÉ™ Å¡xÊ·hÉ™lelÉ™mÌ“s tÉ™ kÌ“Ê·aƛ̓kʷəʔaʔɬ, Thunderbird Crescent or Walter Gage.
• $80 per night for a one bedroom unit in Brock Commons, Exchange, Fairview Crescent, Iona House, Orchard Commons, Ritsumeikan-UBC House, St. John’s College, Thunderbird Crescent, Totem Park or Walter Gage.
