FAQS
What if I’m arriving after my official Move-in date (May 3, May 10 or June 7)?
Your unit is yours and will remain empty until you move in. If you’re arriving after any of the above listed dates, you will check in at your residence front desk between 7 am and 10:45 pm on the date that you arrive.
Can a friend or family member check in for me?
No. Your ID is used during check-in and is used to confirm if you are the correct person so you can sign your resident card and get your keys.
Â
Your belongings can be moved in/out if the official resident authorizes it, but the family/friend will be escorted by a member of our front desk team – no keys are handed over.
What if I’m arriving after January 4?
That’s not a problem. From January 5 onwards, you can check in at your residence front desk between 7 am and 10:45 pm. As a reminder, Term 2 classes start on Monday, January 5.Â
What if I’m arriving before January 4?
If you haven’t requested an early arrival, you will need to find alternate accommodation.
