Take your kindness to the next level. Join your Counsellors in Residence for this hands-on event that is dedicated to fostering a culture of compassion and random acts of kindness within our community.
Participants will receive a pot and choose seeds to plant. Then, decide if you want to keep the plant or give it away as an act of kindness to a friend, neighbour, classmate or stranger.
