Totem Park Fees

Living and dining in residence is an important part of the first year experience. Residence fees for Totem Park include a mandatory meal plan, ResNet and utilities. Early Arrival and Extension Fees and Parking fees are not included.

2 Flex Dollars: Meal Plan credit that can be used at 30+ UBC Food Services locations and 16+ Campus Partners.
3 Overhead: Non-refundable but recovered when all Residence Dollars are spent (offset by 25% discount at time of each transaction). Covers a portion of fixed operating expenses.
4 Capital Improvement Fund (CIF): Non-refundable fee used for capital investments that directly enhance environments, facilities and equipment within each residence dining room.
