Payment of Summer Residence fees will be required in one instalment if you are staying for 60 days or less, and two instalments if you are staying 61 days or longer. The first instalment is due on acceptance of offer and the second instalment (if applicable) is due on June 16. See Important Dates.
For residents vacating earlier than July 1, all residence fees must by paid upon acceptance. Minimum 30 day stay for Summer Residence.
